This is a huge problem! And isn’t it at least a little concerning the Nationals traded Soto for prospects? How confident are you they can get the most out of CJ Abrams, MacKenzie Gore, et al? They did get it right with Soto, and Turner and Bryce Harper before him, so the Nationals have had success with truly elite talent. Maybe the guys they received in the Soto trade will pan out and Washington will be where they want to be in 2-3 years. That said, their player development track record warrants being skeptical.
But the Nats bonded and bettered and broke through, hellbent on ending their past postseason pitfalls. The result was as original and inspiring an October run as the game could conjure. And an ecstatic ending deep in the heart of Texas.

This includes places like King’s Landing and Dragonstone, where the Targaryens plotted each other’s doom, and also the stronghold of Harrenhal near God’s Eye (the massive stones of which were melted by the black flames of Balerion the Dread). The Targaryen Civil War was largely fought in the Riverlands and the Crownlands, but the series could also reveal how Dorne resisted Targaryen rule or how the dragonlords’ riches were kept safe in Oldtown during the Dance of the Dragons.

McDowell was awarded the victory, with Orosco garnering his second save of the series.
